New approach to testing verified -ASTRA test framework.

The ASTRA test framework has been verified during an analog lunar mission by Testspring. This sets a new standard for a modern Space-Tech product assurance. A new approach to risk-based testing reduces the likelihood of mission failure, not only due to software bugs, but also to procedural issues.

The core idea of the ASTRA framework was to take a step back and define what Quality means in a Space-Tech project, and how to approach it holistically to avoid the most common Risks.

The framework was used on a joint mission during which undisclosed software had to be verified.

A more complex review of the framework will be presented, but for now, the idea of AstraLabs has been validated in a real-life scenario, reassuring us that the trajectory we have chosen is needed now more than ever.
